Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in machining, CAM Programming, CNC manufacturing or production engineering.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the R&D team to review new designs and assess manufacturability.
• Advise on technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and opportunities for standardization.
• Define the most effective production strategy for new components.
• Develop and optimize CAM programs using ESPRIT software.
• Identify potential production risks, bottlenecks, and machining challenges before parts enter production.
• Continuously improve machining strategies, tooling, processes, and workflows.
• Contribute to automation, digitalization, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Support innovation projects aimed at increasing efficiency, flexibility, and productivity.
