Job summary

RoboJob Inc. seeks a Field Automation Expert to install, test, and optimize CNC automation solutions at customer sites in the U.S. (and occasional Canada).

You will lead on-site installations, provide training, and deliver technical support, ensuring safe and efficient operation. In this role, expect hands-on field work, collaboration with machine builders and suppliers, and the preparation of detailed reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and occasional travel to Canada.
• Structured, precise, and customer-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams; ability to analyze technical information.
• Solid technical background; knowledge of electrical systems; CNC/PLC add-on skills are a plus.
• Solution-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Enjoy working with diverse teams and cultures.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission robotic automation cells on CNC machines at customer sites in the U.S. and occasionally Canada.
• Provide on-site user training and deliver remote or in-person technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with machine tool builders, CNC integrators, and suppliers to ensure optimal system performance.
• Prepare detailed installation and commissioning reports.
• Participate, after training, in a rotation field support system across North America.
