Job summary

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing methods to produce parts that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Pursue continuous improvement of processes to increase yields and reduce labor content.
• Conceive, evaluate and implement problem solving activities, cost reduction initiatives and part/process improvements.
• Investigate external customer escapes and develop correction action plans.
• Provide general technical support, gather data and respond to customer requests.
• Develop material, scrap and labor costs for cost modeling.
• Provide manufacturing support for prototypes, instructions and data analysis.
