Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; 2+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Support daily production operations by resolving technical and process-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods.
• Analyze production data to identify waste reduction and cycle-time improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introductions and industrialization.
