Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital projects or process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and process engineering activities for designated production lines, including support for new product launches, equipment installations, and process validations.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes to increase throughput, reduce scrap, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and validation protocols.
