Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and computer-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and products.
• Conduct process validations, root cause analysis, and FMEA to identify and address issues proactively.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, such as yield, cycle time, and scrap rates, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in manufacturing technology and best practices.
