Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement experience.
• Experience with shop floor operations and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes by preparing studies, drafting documents, and developing specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with PM, Proposal Writing, and Budgeting teams to align resources and timelines.
• Develop operator procedures for the shop floor addressing real-time production challenges.
• Drive projects from concept through production within schedule and budget.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean methods and cost reductions.
• Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with specs and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and transparency.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
