Job summary

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Engineering from an accredited college/university.
  • US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing methods to meet/exceed customer requirements.
  • Improve yields and reduce labor through better methods and equipment.
  • Conceive, evaluate, and implement problem solving and cost-reduction activities.
  • Investigate root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide cost modeling for material, scrap, and labor in quotations.
  • Support prototypes, data analysis, and tooling development.
  • Develop time studies and standard work; optimize cell layout.
  • Reduce non-value-added waste and improve process flow.
