Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Global Manufacturing Engineer to develop, standardize, and optimize manufacturing processes for DCLC products across worldwide sites. You will drive lean initiatives, support new product industrialization, and ensure scalable manufacturing practices with strong quality controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing standardized manufacturing processes and supporting new product industrialization.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, PFMEA, SPC, DOE and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production standards across global DCLC manufacturing sites.
• Lead industrialization activities for new products, including process development, tooling, pilot builds, validation, and production launch support.
• Establish and monitor global manufacturing KPIs, process controls, and best practices for consistent performance.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Conduct process audits and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with Quality to develop PFMEAs, control plans, testing requirements, and validation processes.
• Support supplier and plant capability assessments, onboarding, and process standardization.
• Work with R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturability and scalability.
