Job summary
Danfoss Turbocor is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the development and deployment of standardized service, repair, remanufacturing, and testing processes across global service centers and partners. You will drive new service offerings, product upgrades, and firmware/software updates with a data-driven approach to improve key metrics.
The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or service engineering, strong knowledge of quality tools, and the ability to collaborate across regions to scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, service engineering, aftermarket operations, or related field.
- Experience standardizing service/repair/remanufacturing processes across multiple sites.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, process capability and corrective action methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead standardized service, repair, remanufacturing, and testing processes across service centers and partners.
- Drive launch of new service offerings, repair programs, product upgrades, and firmware/software updates.
- Improve metrics like turnaround time, first-pass yield, warranty, and RMA cycle time.
- Partner with global teams to establish service KPIs, controls, tooling standards, and technician training.
- Conduct process audits and implement corrective/preventive actions for quality and safety.
- Support service center growth through capacity planning and standardized tooling strategies.
