Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Lebanon, MO, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, procure, install and validate manufacturing processes, analyze labor utilization, and plan space and layout to maximize efficiency. You will interface with the development team from concept through start of production to ensure a successful launch.

Apply Lean Six Sigma to drive improvements across departments, update PFMEA and standard work, and support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 1–2 years experience with a bachelor’s or 5+ years with an associate.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing engineering or related area.
• Proficiency with Lean tools, data collection and problem solving.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes through detailed engineering analysis.
• Plan process flow, labor, material flow, and plant layout.
• Define facilities requirements and PFMEA collaboration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch new products.
• Improve standards and shop floor control systems.
• Support problem solving and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure part measurement validation with lab.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
