Job summary

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Experience with APQP, PPAP, and launch readiness activities.
Familiarity with injection molding processes and tooling.
Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, Production.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support launch activities for new programs and equipment installation.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
