The ideal candidate will have expertise in aluminum extrusion, problem-solving, and technical writing. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between teams, performing process analyses, and monitoring plant KPIs. Excellent communication skills and a BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience are preferred. Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in engineering in an automotive environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods for improved performance and/or cost.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Manufacturing Engineering and Product Design Teams.
• Perform routine process analyses to assess overall process performance.
• Monitor plant KPIs and champion performance improvements.
