Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems and CI methods.
• Experience with lean tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and maintain manufacturing processes for productivity and quality.
• Support daily operations by resolving technical and process issues.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles.
• Analyze production data to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and industrialization.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
