Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 1–4 years of engineering experience required.
• Familiar with Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience with automatic screwdriving, clip assembly, heat stake and ultrasonic welding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize tooling and production equipment to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues within the production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality, to improve system performance and reliability.
• Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment in alignment with production needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve mechanical failures and improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, enhance safety, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
