Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Minerva, OH team. You will implement advanced manufacturing techniques, select equipment, and drive efficiency with lean methods.

You'll oversee tooling and robotics, ensuring manufacturability and readiness of new processes from design through production. Responsibilities include equipment cost projections, operator training, and maintaining process policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role with lean manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAD for design and tooling of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to maximize throughput.
• Establish control charting, monitor results, and assess machine/process capabilities.
• Select equipment, estimate time to purchase, and drive cost projections.
• Design equipment modifications to meet production requirements.
• Provide operator training and maintain equipment records.
