Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, and process improvement.
• Industrial maintenance or engineering support experience is valued.
• Familiarity with HVAC or heat exchanger systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and manufacturing technician teams.
• Support production and troubleshoot shop floor issues.
• Drive process improvements and cost-reduction projects.
• Develop new manufacturing methods, tooling, and materials.
• Assist with prototype development for new/modified products.
• Ensure quality and efficiency across product lines.
• Provide technical support for heat exchangers and tubing systems.
