Job summary

The Toro Company is offering a 2027 Summer Internship in Perry, OK, where you will design fixtures and tooling for machine tools and assist with facility layout documentation. You will collaborate with production teams and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of manufacturing engineers.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an ABET-accredited Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering degree with junior-level coursework completed, and strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Completed junior-level courses preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Design fixtures, tooling, lifting devices for machine tools, welders, robots, and assembly functions.
• Assist with the documentation of the current facility layout.
• Create layout proposals for new/existing areas to improve safety and production efficiency.
• Work closely with other areas in production and support to complete projects.
