Responsibilities

Work closely with engineering and maintenance functions.
Conduct cycle time studies to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Analyze scrap and downtime, pareto and trend drivers, identify root causes.
Support NPI initiatives for flawless project launches.
Assist in creating standardized work instructions and process documentation.
Participate in operational meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
