CNH Industrial invites motivated students to join the Racine Manufacturing Operations as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern. You will work with production teams, apply engineering principles, and support process optimization in a fast-paced plant environment.

Open to sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing a Bachelor's in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, with strong problem-solving, communication, and data analysis skills. Housing support offered as part of the internship program.

Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

The Racine Manufacturing Operations team supports a wide range of engineering processes and production lines to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in plant operations. By driving process improvements and problem‑solving initiatives, the team plays a key role in delivering high‑quality agricultural equipment to customers. As a Manufacturing Engineer Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience working with production teams, supporting process optimization projects, and applying engineering principles in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting engineering processes and production line operations at the Racine facility
• Applying root cause analysis to identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges
• Contributing to process improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting to support decision‑making in manufacturing operations
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience required
• Farming background or experience in agriculture, construction, or landscaping preferred, but not required
• Some positions may require the ability to travel to other sites

Pay Transparency

The hourly salary for this role is $23.69 - $27.81/hr plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
