Job summary

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking an Engineering and SAP EWM specialist to support our Mattoon, IL warehouse operations onsite for a 12-month engagement.

You will define and optimize processes across receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, and act as the SAP EWM transactional expert. You will train wage employees and share best practices to boost productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost while collaborating with frontline staff and engineers.

Onsite

Normal hours are 6am to 2:30 but could sometimes cover 2nd shift (possibly 50% of the time) and work until 7pm (obviously start time would shift to later)

Metatarsal boots are required on their first day

Engineering support for SAP EWM warehouse in Mattoon, IL. Will define processes related to receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Will serve as the resident SAP EWM transactional expert assisting with the training of wage employees and sharing of best practices to improve productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and cost.

MUST HAVES:

• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience
• Data analytics skills – visualization skills
• Communication is key, must be a team-player and organized. Will work with front line pack/ship people, engineers, pickers and everything in between. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels.
