Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an on-site SAP EWM specialist to provide engineering and operational support at our Mattoon, IL facility for a 12-month engagement. You will define and optimize warehouse processes across receiving, storage, order picking, packing and shipping, serving as the SAP EWM subject matter expert for end users.

Description

• Provide engineering and operational support for the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system at the Mattoon, IL facility.
• This role will be responsible for defining and optimizing warehouse processes across receiving, inventory storage, order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Acting as the on-site SAP EWM subject matter expert, the individual will support end users, deliver training to hourly workforce teams, and promote best practices that enhance productivity, quality, delivery performance, safety, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective actions to resolve operational issues.
• Proficiency in data analytics, including reporting and data visualization tools to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Highly organized, team-oriented professional capable of working closely with warehouse associates, pack/ship teams, engineers, supervisors, and leadership while driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.
