• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience building or designing tooling and fixtures.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership potential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality

This is a full-time, onsite role for a mechanically inclined problem‑solver who thrives on the production floor. You’ll design tooling and fixtures, lead continuous improvement projects, and play a key role in building a leaner, more efficient operation. What You’ll Do:
