Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in manufacturing/engineering environment.
• SolidWorks experience and demonstrated capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop mass-production engineering parameters for new business (production and quality).
• Improve manufacturing methods and processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support to production and maintenance for equipment use.
• Develop countermeasures for claims and downtime; coordinate Kaizen activities.
• Negotiate with vendors for equipment, materials and parts.
