Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions through process design and tooling validation.
• Evaluate product designs for manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot production and field issues, perform root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and JIT methodologies.
• Train manufacturing personnel on processes and procedures.
