Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSME) or equivalent.
• 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably firearms).

• Experience addressing needs of shop personnel in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods per product specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products and train staff.
• Improve production processes, methods and controls; document routings and time data.
• Manage tooling, gauges, fixtures and CNC/CMM programs; participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement.
