Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven track record leading complex projects and process improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze, design, and refine complex manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
• Lead cross-functional projects related to automation, process development, or capacity expansion.
• Serve as a senior technical expert to resolve production issues and mentor engineers.
• Drive lean initiatives including kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
