Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing line and respond to alarms.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve day-to-day production, equipment, and process problems.
• Identify yield and product performance improvements.
• Set up and maintain gauges.
• Ensure processes run on target per the Process Control Plan.
• Respond to SPC alarms and restore control.
• Execute process experiments and analyze results.
• Collect data on tool and product performance.
• Provide training to production associates.
• Develop and update process documentation.
• Interface with internal teams and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain understanding of area processes and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Dispose waste per procedures and ensure container safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
