Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing required.
• Master's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing preferred.
• 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with project leadership.
• Progressive experience in operations, process engineering and manufacturing with urgency.
• 2+ years in Hot Compression Mold design or molding plastics (fluoropolymers preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement manufacturing projects to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and/or improve quality.
• Manage teams in focused areas of productivity improvement.
• Interact with department leadership to ensure effective changes.
• Perform facility improvement projects and 5-S efforts.
• Work with supervision to resolve manufacturing problems on the shop floor.
• Originate and update manufacturing and engineering documentation and train personnel.
• Interact with management to identify and develop new processes.
