Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain all methods, operating sequences, and processes in fabrication of parts and assemblies.
  • Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
  • Apply DFx principles to estimate and reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality.
  • Determine time standards and advise on tooling and process requirements.
  • Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results, and review work methods and policies.
  • Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and perform FMEA with reporting.
