Job summary

Anteris Technologies in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join the manufacturing engineering team. You will own packaging and labeling processes, support GMP compliance, and drive documentation, changes, and efficiency across shifts.

The role requires packaging/labeling experience, SolidWorks skills, and collaboration with QA, Regulatory, R&D, and production. Base salary ranges $90,000–$110,000 USD with STI and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS with 2+ years of relevant experience or MS with 1+ years in medical device manufacturing.
• Experience in product packaging and labeling.
• Knowledge of statistics, quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong collaboration and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent technical writing and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manufacturing Process SME for product packaging and labeling.
• Support on-time shipment of clinical products and ensure GMP compliance.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation and procedures.
• Own packaging labeling specifications and related procedures.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D and Production.
• Lead changes related to packaging and labeling and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with capacity planning, site transfers, and equipment qualification.
• Design fixtures and tooling to improve efficiency and manufacturability.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Provide progress updates to management and stakeholders.
