Job summary

Carestream Health seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize X-ray equipment production at our Rochester, NY facility. You will troubleshoot issues, drive continuous improvement, and lead corrective actions on the assembly and test lines.

The role is 100% onsite at 1049 W. Ridge Road, Rochester, NY. Visa sponsorship is not available; relocation assistance may be considered for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering; 2+ years hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production line health and coordinate with quality to analyze trends.
