Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical device preferred).
• 1+ years implementing Lean systems preferred.
• Strong root cause analysis and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own coating process performance across production lines
• Monitor and adjust key variables to ensure quality and consistency
• Partner with operators to ensure processes are practical and repeatable
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve yield, reduce waste, and increase throughput
• Lead process qualification to verify performance under production conditions
• Support process transfers from development into production
• Assist in CAPA and customer-related investigations
