Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes, layouts, and tooling.
• Proficiency with Lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and PDCA/8D.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderately complex manufacturing engineering projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Develop project timelines, requirements, and resource needs for capital improvement projects.
• Evaluate equipment, tooling, and vendors to support manufacturing needs.
• Improve processes for new and existing products using 3D CAD tools and layouts.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including drawings, BOMs, and routings.
• Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean, PDCA, 5 Why, and Kaizen.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
