Qualifications

• Four to seven years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead Lean and 5S initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Lead capital equipment projects from spec to validation.
• Provide training to engineers and operators.
