Qualifications

• Undergraduate Engineering degree required, preferably Plastics and/or Mechanical.
• 3–5 years experience in production support/product design role with injection molded parts/assemblies.
• Must be fluent in 3D modeling of parts and assemblies.
• Knowledge of injection molding process and tool design is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Redesign/modify components to ensure long-term manufacturing reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve customer complaints with engineering support.
• Provide engineering leadership to address product quality in manufacturing.
• Maintain/improve existing product designs for manufacturing.
