Qualifications
- 4 year BS or 8+ years equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team to support design and industrialization.
- Drive operational planning and automation adoption (robotics, machining, robots).
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues with impact awareness.
- Partner with other departments to align engineering initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for assigned areas.
