The role requires a self-starter with strong technical drawing skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Associate Engineer II assists or leads the design and development of manufacturing processes for products, considering challenges in transferring technology from research to manufacturing. Responsibilities include developing procedures for economical mass production in collaboration with pilot-plant and production departments, conducting tests and measurements throughout production stages, troubleshooting, and resolving process or equipment issues. The role requires understanding of compliance, pharmaceutical, pharmacological, biological, biochemical, medical, patent, and commercial factors. The engineer may also recommend new technological equipment and materials.
