• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering or production transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial-release handoff from R&D to final production.
• Review handoff packages for CAD, drawings, BOMs, approvals.
• Manage conversion of R&D part numbers to commercial numbers.
• Reorganize and optimize BOMs for efficient production execution.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability, safety, and readiness.
• Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, and fixtures.
