Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a manufacturing engineer to develop, implement, and improve production processes ensuring adherence to product specs and quality standards. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate launches, and support KPI success on the shop floor.

The role requires hands-on engineering on the production floor, mentoring teammates, and driving standard manufacturing practices with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in an Engineering field (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial preferred).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to lead projects with scope, schedule, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and validate methods.
• Coordinate manufacturing launch of new or revised products.
• Provide training and SOPs for production teams.
• Support quality objectives and process improvements.
