Job summary

Net2Source Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I for a 12+ month assignment in Fair Lawn, NJ. The engineer will support manufacturing processes, including cell management, process development, project management, process validation, tool design, and troubleshooting.

The position requires a B.S. in Engineering and at least 1 year of engineering experience, with familiarity in GD&T, cross-functional teamwork, and strong problem-solving abilities. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering required with at least 1 year of engineering experience.
• Familiarity with GD&T and quality controls is preferred.
• Ability to work across functions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controlled technical documents such as prints, BOMs, and routers.
• Support machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, and molding processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate product cost and equipment needs.
• Improve processes to meet quality and performance requirements.
• Execute project plans and schedules and coordinate with other departments.
• Provide training and guidance to entry-level engineers.
