Job summary

Moog Inc. in Blacksburg, Virginia seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to support the Motors production line and coordinate with domestic and international teams to improve manufacturability. You will develop tooling, work instructions, and labor standards while ensuring ITAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Experience working in a team environment and communicating with internal/external customers across disciplines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ITAR policy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Motors production line and outsource vendors; oversee manufacturing process development with domestic and international teams.
• Create and review engineering/tool drawings, order tooling, develop work instructions and labor standards.
• Respond to RFQs, review manufacturing design for manufacturability and drive continuous improvement.
