Job summary

U.S. Engineering - Metalworks is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to organize work through our in-house platform, collect data, input information, and assist estimating. The role supports productivity, quality, and safety across manufacturing operations.

You will apply knowledge of design, fabrication, and lean methods to improve processes, collaborate with teams, and help meet project goals on a regional basis. This position requires travel to various sites and facilities.

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • 1+ years of job-related experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial/industrial mechanical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support facility operations and data collection to help solve operational challenges.
  • Estimate labor using standard tables (MCAA + SMACNA) and price non-standard work as needed.
  • Communicate project information clearly to team members to enable timely decisions.
