Humanscale is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to optimize floor-level production through lean principles and process design. You will analyze layouts, workflows, and time studies to balance lines and scale operations for higher demand, while supporting shop-floor equipment validation and operator training.

Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations to drive cost savings, standardization, and efficiency, using PLM documentation tools as part of daily

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 0-2 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with non-engineers.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and techniques, Solidworks and AutoCAD.

Aufgaben

• Support planning, design, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct time studies and assist line balancing and capacity analysis.
• Identify tooling, fixtures, and resources for product specs.
• Assist with installation, qualification, and validation of equipment.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support, troubleshooting issues.
• Train production operators on new or revised equipment and work instructions.
