Keel is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support engineering activities from design through assembly across projects. You will help develop work packages, optimize processes, and improve manufacturability to meet project goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in engineering or manufacturing, with SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience. Expect collaboration with engineering, production, quality, and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology from an accredited college
• 3+ years of related engineering or manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of SolidWorks experience

Aufgaben

• Support manufacturing engineering activities across product design, steel processing, fabrication, and assembly throughout the project life cycle
• Develop manufacturing work packages with operation sequences, routings, and product structures in ERP
• Apply fabrication and assembly knowledge to support design intent and manufacturing requirements
• Use CAD software to create engineering drawings, fixtures, and tooling concepts
• Perform material takeoffs to identify raw materials, processes, and hardware
• Program cutting machines using nesting software to optimize production and material use
• Review design disclosures to ensure specs and flow-down requirements are in work packages
• Interface with internal teams and customers to support manufacturing requirements during life cycle
• Provide technical support on fabrication and assembly processes
• Maintain familiarity with manufacturing processes and related technical functions
• Participate in department process improvements and manufacturing best practices
