Elbit America is seeking a Manufacturing Technologist I to support calibration, tooling updates, and continuous improvement within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work with cross‑functional teams and engineering to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production processes.

The role emphasizes calibration control, documentation, and collaboration to keep production on schedule while adhering to ISO 9001 quality practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM with 2+ years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of calibration principles and test equipment.
• Experience with calibration software or equipment management systems.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled calibration, verification, and basic maintenance on production tools and test equipment.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to engineering or maintenance when needed.
• Work with equipment owners and quality teams to keep calibration intervals and documentation up to date.
• Program equipment for creation of completed assemblies.
• Participate in project risk analysis and hazard analysis.
