Job summary

Franklin Electric is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Wilburton, Oklahoma. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design new and revise existing production fixtures.
  • Support manufacturing by introducing production processes and revising manufacturing processes for cost savings.
  • Create and maintain process instructions; train employees on the process instructions.
  • Design new test equipment.
  • Improve product workflow and efficiency.
  • Create specifications for new shop‑floor equipment.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

  • Uses complex and noncomplex machines and equipment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (required).
  • Zero to three years of related experience (required).
Computer Skills
  • Intermediate: CAD software, alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet, Autocad, Creo.
  • Basic: Word processing/typing.
