• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-3 years' experience in a related field.
• PFMEA experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for overseeing manufacturing and product transfer to long-term build facilities.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with product design, production plant, and tooling teams to design consumer products for high-volume manufacturability.
• Utilize Design for Manufacturing (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA) concepts to analyze new products.
• Execute assembly line design and process development to meet labor and quality goals.
• Support production of new products, from prototype builds through transfer to a long-term facility.
• Collect and analyze process quality data for presentation to key stakeholders.
