Job summary

Critical Loop seeks a Quality Engineer to turn designs into high-quality products and drive rigorous quality processes. You will work directly with manufacturing, testing, and production teams to identify issues and implement improvements across production, supply chain, testing, and deployment phases of all product lines.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing quality roles, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ISO9001, QMS practices, and APQP/PFMEA methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering or STEM discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Manufacturing Engineer, Test Engineer, Reliability Engineer, or Quality Engineer.
• ASQ-CQA-RAB certified lead auditor or training with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with quality tools such as DOE, SPC, root cause analysis, CAPA, APQP, and PFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA for Electrical and Mechanical systems, including drawings, production and test operations inspection signoffs and verification of compliance to procedures
• Advise and solve problems with design, manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership on product quality and safety
• Create inspection plans with Product and Project engineering and support real-time implementation
• Identify quality issues and risks across product lines and drive process improvements
• Support internal audits to ensure compliance to customer requirements, CL procedures, and ISO9001
• Utilize corrective and preventive action processes to address non-conformances and drive quality management improvements
• Support Supply Chain in quality inspections of supplier systems and ongoing performance monitoring
