Bosch Charleston is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to launch the next phase of e‑mobility production for the e‑Axle program at our Charleston, SC site. This role requires hands‑on leadership of gearset assembly processes and a strong focus on operational efficiency.
You will own process PFMEA and Control Plans, work with cross‑functional teams and international partners to implement improvements, and help train teams on best practices while supporting production with problem solving and trials.

The manufacturing engineer will be a competency leader in gearset assembly processes for electric axles. This role requires a hands‑on approach, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to execute technical initiatives, all with a keen understanding of manufacturing principles and operational efficiency.
